Finalist: “Cap Times Idea Fest,” The Capital Times of Madison, Wisconsin

For embracing the role of good newsrooms to promote public discourse and be a community-thought leader. The Cap Times did this through a gathering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison that drew 70 guest speakers and 20 moderators for a daylong, immersive discussion on the issues of the day.
